Unique "Real Drummer" MIDI Drum Tracks
Utilizing a very unique Virtual Instrument called Jamstix4, we can create customized MIDI drum tracks that have the feel and groove of a real drummer. The software allows for the selection of a style along with the characteristics of a number of well known drummers. You can choose multiple styles and/or multiple different drummers to get various results.
We can also provide very high quality drum samples for the created MIDI tracks if needed.
Live Drum Tracks by Sam
For those that want real drum tracks, we offer high quality live drums played by "Sam The Drummer" (see cell phone video below) and recorded using a combination of vintage microphones and preamps at Music Power Studio.
The tracks are available in all standard file formats.
Umbo Gumbo MIDI Drum Track Examples
The following clips were all played from a Jamstix4 MIDI track with "Purdie Shuffle" as the style and a funk drummer named Gari as the chosen drummer.
The drum sounds are not level matched and are from standard commercial drum VST instruments except for the "Umbo Gumbo Special" which is a particularly realistic set of drum samples.
